Around 2012, Dameng primarily undertook the development of large-scale domestic database management systems and provided technical support for e-government platforms and public information platforms. During this period, I was responsible for designing data pipelines, optimizing database performance, and ensuring system reliability under high-demand conditions. My role involved collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that met clients’ evolving needs, fostering my skills in technical problem-solving and project management.

    From 2016 to 2017, I worked as a project manager at Ruijie Technology Co., Ltd., an innovative startup company under CIMC Group. Ruijie focuses on providing end-to-end intelligent solutions for industrial enterprises, including automation solutions, intelligent robots, and digital industrial services. It is a National High-tech Enterprise. This role enhanced my leadership capabilities and deepened my understanding of integrating cutting-edge technology into practical applications, fostering innovation and efficiency across various projects.
